The more often you work, the sooner you will start seeing results. If you are exercising 5-7 days a week, you will see significant changes within a month. However, the severity and duration of your posture concerns will increase the amount of time you will need to complete the job. Easy case can resolve in as little as 3 months. Harder case often take longer to get better and are more challenging to treat.

How much does it cost?

Consultations are $50. Sessions start at $65 depending on your needs and practicitioner.

I've tried everything! What makes your method different?

At Upright Kinetics, it is our mission to serve you. We seek to develop a relationship where we know and understand you. Unlike other programs, we listen first. We create a plan around your goals, challenges, and concerns rather than trying to fit you into a generic protocol.

The starting point for good posture is body awareness and training the small muscles to naturally engage and keep the body upright. These are often neglected by other programs.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your first 3 sessions, we will provide you a 100% refund. Any service after the first 3 sessions is pre-paid and held on account with no refunds. Email matthew@uprightkinetics.com for more info.

How many sessions should I do?

After your evaluation, we require a minimum of 3 session of your first package. These sessions allow our coaches to get to know you and make a program that is tailored to your body and goals. After that, you may purchase sessions as best suits for your needs. Discounts are available for bulk purchases. Just remember that most who seek our services are dealing with notable issues that cannot be fixed instantaneously.

Will Upright Kinetics help my exact injury/ache/pain?

We believe we can make a positive contribution to any case.

It’s important to keep in mind that the body is made of kinetic chains. Where you feel your pain may not be a root source of your pain. We are able to source the root of most pain/discomfort related to poor posture and kinetic hygiene, as well as pain from traumatic insult and dysfunction.

There are certainly cases which we may not be equipped to handle. For those individuals, we will refer you to our sister company GroundUp Therapeutic Care which handles especially serious and complex cases
